Commercial Terms

Annual subscriptions are payable annually in advance unless an alternative arrangement is agreed.
Implementation and onboarding fees are separate from the annual subscription unless expressly included in a signed quotation.
Additional entities, users, Boards, Committees, integrations, data migration and custom development may attract additional fees.
Professional governance, legal, regulatory and AML/CFT services are separately scoped and priced.
The AML/CFT module is enabled only where applicable to the client's legal and regulatory status.
Regulatory intelligence is informational and should be validated against formal legal and compliance requirements.
Confidentiality, data protection, access controls and information security are addressed in the subscription/service agreement.
A formal service agreement governs availability, support, data ownership, confidentiality, security, intellectual property, termination and liability.
